My review:
Wow. First of all, the cover is amazeballs! Seriously amazing. It's beautiful and it totally works. The story is great. I loved how the author was able to make you feel the connection to the characters. I fell completely in love with Caleb very early on. Hailey has been put through the ringer and all she wants now is some normalcy. It's easy to forget during the story that she is only 18/19. With everything going on and the maturity she is forced to have, it's hard to believe. She gives herself such a hard time about letting her mom dictate everything, but when you are a kid, that's what you do. I love how Caleb's love shines through and he is there every step of the way. Once the secret was revealed, I was furious! Who does that to their loved one? What a conniving bitch!
Throughout this book, I also fell in love with the supporting characters. Caleb's sister Daphne is such a spitfire. I just know that eventually her and Nick will get their story. Well, once one of them pulls their head from their butt and makes the first move. I loved Jamie and Griff, heck even Goliath. :) I can't wait for the next in the series. I am officially hooked.
Such an enjoyable read and even included smut. Woo-hoo. 4 solid stars!!
