Eighty Days Amber

Eighty Days Amber
by: Vina Jackson
Eighty Days Amber (Eighty Days : Companion, #1)

Blurb:
I'd always liked bad boys. And as I grew up, they became bad men .

In her youth, Russian dancer Luba fell for a bad man; a handsome but dangerous rare amber dealer who would disappear for months on end but expect Luba to drop everything when he called. Despite everything Luba could not deny her attraction to the seductive Chey, but their passionate, turbulent relationship came to and end when Luba fled Russia having discovered a shocking secret about her lover.

From elite private clubs in New Orleans to the London mansion of an enigmatic rockstar, Viggo Franck, Luba embarks on a journey of self-discovery and embraces the exciting, enticing experiences her new life as a dancer brings. Her adventures introduce her to a fiery, flame-haired violinist, Summer, and Lauralynn, a woman with decidedly dark desires. But can this new life ever truly satisfy Luba, or will she forever crave the one man she knows isn't good for her?

My Review:
In all honesty, this is my first book by this author. I read that this is a companion novel, but it can be read as a stand alone. And, it can. It's hard to really give a review of this book without giving too much away. This is one I those books you need to read for yourself...and you should read it!

The story is about Luba. She is very likeable and she is one of those heroines who can stand on her own. We watch her grow in all aspects of her life through this book. We watch as she moves from Russia to America. There is heat in this book, but it's not in your face heat.

I really enjoyed this book and will definitely be checking out more in the series. I want to check up on some of the other characters. I recommend this to all my fellow bloggers and GR friends if you are into Erotic Romance.
